Real Estate
Earning competitive returns while protecting capital is the primary objective of institutional investment funds everywhere. Carefully designed and run funds pursue this objective by blending asset types and geographic regions. The right blend is critical to the health of the fund and the welfare of its beneficiaries.
Investors are increasingly turning to commercial real estate as an essential part of their portfolio. They realize that real estate plays more than one role in a balanced investment program. It’s reliable, offers high current income, diversification and long-term returns that are competitive with other asset classes.
Greystone offers segregated portfolio construction as well as its own pooled fund. We have invested in real estate for our clients since our inception nearly a generation ago.
