Our menu of services can be tailored to fit the needs of most institutional investors:

• Balanced fund investing 
  Chosen by most Greystone clients, we design and manage a complete portfolio of fixed income, domestic equities and international equities.  The mix of stocks and bonds is actively managed and the client benefits from the full range of our professional talent.
• Specialty investing 
  Our services are also available for each specific asset class.
• Segregated management 
  We construct individual portfolios for specific clients.  These portfolios may be either balanced or specialty.  Typically a minimum of $50 million is required to build an adequately diversified portfolio.
• Pooled fund management 
  Pooled funds group the assets of like-minded investors.  Pooling permits a single investor to share in a much larger investment program than would be possible otherwise. Greystone typically requires a minimum of $20 million for pooled fund management.
