The quarterly performance information used on this web site comes from two Greystone composites, the Balanced Growth and the Broadly Diversified.

The Greystone Balanced Growth Composite includes all portfolios managed on a discretionary basis by the firm according to a balanced growth portfolio strategy. Specifically, those portfolios, which have a client established total equity policy benchmark of 60%.  Data from this composite is used to present balanced mandate rates of return.

The Greystone Broadly Diversified Composite includes all portfolios managed on a discretionary basis by the Firm according to an institutional growth balanced portfolio strategy. Specifically, those portfolios, which have a client established total equity policy minimum of 20% and a maximum of 75%. Component asset class returns that comprise the Broadly Diversified Balanced Composite and benchmark, excluding the related cash return, are used to present individual asset class rates of return.
