Jeff Mouland, Executive Director

Jeff Mouland, P.ENG., MBA, Executive Director & Head of Infrastructure

Jeff Mouland is Executive Director & Head of Infrastructure with Greystone. Jeff joined Greystone in January, 2012 with responsibility for developing an in-house infrastructure strategy and team. Jeff leads the infrastructure team and is responsible for investment strategy, asset sourcing and execution, and portfolio construction and management.

Jeff came to Greystone from the infrastructure investments team at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (“PSP”) in Montreal, where he had multi-sector responsibility for global deal sourcing and execution, as well as the active development of an emerging market direct investment and strategic fund investment strategy.

Prior to PSP, Jeff spent more than 12 years in New York, focusing on global project financing and equity investing within the infrastructure and energy sectors. During that time, he held a variety of senior investment management positions, most notably with Industry Funds Management, DA Capital and CIT Group. Jeff began his career as a civil engineer with Peter Kiewit Sons, where he had construction and engineering responsibilities across a range of international projects in the oil and gas, power and transportation sectors. During Jeff’s 19 year infrastructure career, he has transacted on more than 45 infrastructure and energy deals, representing approximately US$3.6 billion of invested capital. Jeff’s career has predominantly been New York based.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) from Memorial University and an MBA (Finance) from McGill University.

       
 
David Vickerman, MBA, Executive Director

David Vickerman, MBA, Executive Director

David Vickerman is Executive Director, Infrastructure with Greystone. David joined Greystone in May 2012. Working closely with the senior Greystone leadership team and the Executive Director & Head of Infrastructure, David is responsible for the development and integration of the Fund and the Master Fund, asset sourcing and execution, and portfolio construction and management.

David came to Greystone from Scotia Capital Ltd. where he was Managing Director, Global Infrastructure Investments and had responsibility for global infrastructure deal sourcing and execution. Previous to Scotia Capital, David has spent more than 12 years in the investment management industry in London, England, focusing on alternative investments, including asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management. Specifically, David was Co-Founder of Man-Vector UK Ltd., a quantitative investment management firm, where he served as Managing Director and COO during his time with the company. Concurrently, David was the Founder of Vector Asset Management (UK) Ltd., an alternative asset management firm focused on managing illiquid investments, where he was CEO and CIO.During David’s 19 year fund development and infrastructure advisory career, he had direct responsibility of building out three funds totaling over US$600 million of raised equity capital, as well as providing advice on more than twelve infrastructure opportunities, representing more than US$2.9 billion of direct investment capital. David’s career has predominantly been London, England based.

David received an MBA in Finance with academic distinction from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario.

     
 
Brendan Vu, MAcc., CA, Senior Analyst

Brendan Vu, MAcc., CA, Senior Analyst

Brendan Vu is Senior Analyst, Infrastructure with Greystone. Brendan joined Greystone in October 2012. Brendan is responsible for investment research and analysis of global infrastructure assets, portfolio administration, cash management and client reporting.

Brendan came to Greystone from BCE Inc. where he was Manager, Investment Evaluation and Analysis in the Capital Management group and had the responsibility of conducting financial analysis and due diligence on corporate development investments and capital projects. Prior to BCE, he was a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP in Toronto providing assurance, accounting and tax advisory services.

Brendan is a Chartered Accountant (Ontario) and holds a Masters of Accounting with an Honors Bachelor of Arts, both from the University of Waterloo.

     
 
Tony Lau, MFin., Analyst

Tony Lau, MFin., Analyst

Tony Lau is Analyst, Infrastructure with Greystone. Tony joined Greystone in January 2012. Tony is responsible for investment research and analysis of global infrastructure assets and fund administration.

Tony came to the Infrastructure team from the Greystone Real Estate team where was an Analyst Co-op and had the responsibility of conducting investment research and marketing. Previous to Greystone, Tony completed his Master of Finance at York.

Tony holds a Masters of Finance with an Bachelor of Business Administration, both from York University.
